Please note that while we do not offer returns on live animals, we do offer exchanges for any products purchased from us online or in person, such as dog-related accessories. Here's a breakdown of our returns policy:

  1. Product Exchanges: If you receive a dog-related accessory or product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will gladly assist you in exchanging the item for a different product of equal or lesser value.

  2. Conditions for Exchange:

    • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

    • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

    • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

  3. Live Animals: We do not offer returns on live animals. However, if you have concerns about the health or well-being of a pet you've acquired from us, please contact us immediately, and we will provide guidance and assistance.
